1.   Sweet Potato will become your BFFL: You will try bunch of delicious sweet potato recipes. If this root vegetable just is not your jam, maybe you can get all turn over butternut squash or something. But finding a go-to carb filled with fiber will make Paleo a lot easier on you(and your poor stomach!).

2.   You will go organicaholic: A paleo approach to eating includes high-quality, lean animal proteins such as grass-fed meats, organic poultry, wild-caught seafood, fish and organic eggs. Rounding out the diet are fresh or dried, whole, non-processed fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts and seeds. 

3.   Balance is the key of your diet: Eat fewer carbohydrates than what is recommended in the modern western diet along with higher proportion of animal protein.
